Binda
Titung

Nepalese nurse Binda Titung has been a health leader in the rural regions of Namtar and Bharta for many years.

With a passion in making a difference to healthcare in her region, she has worked with us to organise health camps and even implement water tanks in the area.

Under the COVID-19 pandemic, sanitation has become ever more vital in maintaining health. Thus, Binda and Medical Outreachers are asking for YOUR support to raise funds for purchasing masks, santisers and proper toilets to improve hygiene conditions in rural Nepal.

WHAT DOES NEPAL NEED?

Toilets

In Namtar and Bharta, villagers lack access to toilets. This is a huge problem as improper handling of urine and faeces would lead to spread of germs.

Medical Equipment

Binda's clinic is one of the most visited clinics in the area we serve. In order to provide adequate healthcare to the local population, more equipments such as oxygen tanks are needed.

Hygiene materials

While masks and hand sanitisers are abundant in metropolitans, they are luxuries in rural Nepalese villages. Under the shadow of the pandemic, these materials have become ever more important for the locals.
